For several years, O'Connell Advisory has worked with Unisson, a disability services provider, on a range of strategic and operational initiatives designed to improve organisational sustainability and performance.

The work included strategic market assessments, costing and profitability analysis, reviews of operational and financial performance, and assessment of short-term accommodation services. We also engaged with clients and families, identified and tested growth opportunities, and worked with the organisation to develop practical implementation plans.

Through these engagements, Unisson gained greater visibility of organisational strengths, risks and opportunities and was better positioned to navigate change within the disability sector.
